Last November 6, 2018, a successful Chocolate Master Class was conducted in BPI’s training center using their newest Pettina Non-Temp Chocolates; Dark, Light & White.

The hands-on training was facilitated by our very own Master Chef Nikki Wilford Ellarma and attended by team members from Sales and Product Development & Technical Services departments. This training aims to help them familiarize, market & upsell the new Pettina Chocolates.

The team learned to make Chocolate Fruits & Nuts, Russian Tale Glacage, Intense Chocolate Mousse, Chocolate Dream Entremet, Jasmine Tea Bonbon, Caramel Bonbon, Cinnamon Bonbon, Chocolate Velvet Effect, Chocolate Mirror Glazes, Chocolate Gourmet Glaze and Chocolate Decorations.

After a successful training, the team is now geared up to win the Philippines’ chocolate market!
