Method

How to do it:

1. Place Golden Cake Donut Mix and cold water in a mixing bowl.
2. Mix on low speed for 1 minute. Scrape down and mix for another 1 minute. Add the Les Fruits 50% Apple and mix again.
3. Allow to rest for 5 minutes.
4. Transfer the batter inside a piping bag with a star tip.
5. Squeeze out the batter and cut the batter (approximately an inch or longer) directly in the oil.
6. Fry until golden brown.
7. Roll in the sugar and cinnamon mixture.
