Method

How to do it:

Cookies:
1. Combine Bakels Muffin mix, eggs, softened butter in a mixing bowl.
2. Mix for 1 minute on low speed. Do not over mix.
3. Add Bakels Butta Vanilla, butterscotch chips and mix for 15- 30 seconds.
4. Roll, cut and weigh at 30grams/pc.
5. Bake 180 C for 10- 12 minutes or till done.
