How to do it:
1. Place eggs, all-purpose flour, butter and Bakels Muffin Mix in a mixing bowl.
2. Blend using a paddle on low speed for approximately 1 minute.
3. Scrape down and mix on second speed for 4 minutes.
4. Chill the dough.
5. Scale into 15 grams. Round then place into a baking sheet.
6. Flatten each dough and press the center to form a hole.
7. Fill Fino Strawberry Filling/ Fino Blueberry Filling into the holes.
8. Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.
Yield: 32 pieces x 15g cookie batter
